By submitting an enquiry form or accepting this consent and starting a chat on orbita-systems.ru, I freely give individual entrepreneur Chudinov Artem Konstantinovich, INN 224189059258, trading as ORBITA (the Operator) my consent to process my personal data on the terms below. I give this consent of my own will and in my own interest.
My name (or how I wish to be addressed), contact details for a reply (email address, phone number or messaging app username), the enquiry text or chat messages, and the browser time zone when available.
For the Operator to respond to my enquiry, discuss my task, prepare a specification and proposal, and, if the parties agree, enter into and fulfil a contract.
Collection, recording, storage, updating, use and deletion, with transfer to hosting and email providers that enable delivery and storage. When I use the chat, my name, contact details, messages and time zone are forwarded to the team via Telegram, a third-party service. I can use the enquiry form or email if this channel does not suit me. The form notification sent to Telegram includes only the enquiry number, time and time zone, without the text or contact details. Processing is carried out both with and without automated tools.
This consent remains valid while the task is being discussed and until one year after the last email, or until I withdraw it. Website chat records are deleted from the website server 60 days after the last message; this does not automatically delete copies in Telegram.
I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@orbita-systems.ru or via WhatsApp using the contact details I provided in my enquiry (if these have changed, by stating the date and subject of the enquiry). The Operator will then stop processing and delete the data unless further retention is required by law.
